Al-Munadi (The Caller) was an urban, reformist newspaper and that was usually issued once a week. It was published in Jerusalem beginning in 1912, and the owner and chief administrator was Sa'id Jarallah. The newspaper was edited by Muhammad Musa Al-Maghribi. Al-Munadi is considered to be one of the first Arab Islamic newspapers in the country. It was anti-authority even though its chief administrator was a government employee.
